Meet Ramiro
Leadership has been the through‑line of my entire career — from the discipline and precision of the Nuclear Navy to three decades leading global teams across the telecom ecosystem. I’ve spent much of that time at the intersection of technology, strategy, and people, most recently serving in senior leadership roles at Cisco, where I guided teams through growth, change, and the evolving demands of modern leadership.
After completing my transition from Cisco, I chose to focus my energy on the work that has always mattered most to me: helping leaders find clarity in the moments that define what comes next.
Today, I work with leaders and professionals who are navigating complexity, stepping into new roles, or entering a new chapter — and who want to move forward with intention, confidence, and purpose.
